25 Years later, My First Look Into the Mind of Minviluz Gutierrez.

After 25 years of life, this was my first opportunity to sit down with my mother, Minviluz Gutierrez, and talk about her life, her feelings and her thoughts on certain issues. Though she may not say much, her body language and voice tells a bigger story.

I learn about how my Minviluz got her unique name and how her life was in the Philippines before she moved to the United States.

Segment 2: The Big Move!! 
Minviluz made her journey overseas to the Bay Area to create a new life with her family.

Even though she lived in the United States, Minviluz still felt the need to help her loved ones back in the Philippines.

Some feel the need to return back home because of homesickness. Minviluz found a new way to cope with homesickness and speaks on the issue of where home truly is.
